Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

International Shipping

Birdie Culture ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Birdie Culture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
